All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped, processed, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few additional business days. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active within the carrier's tracking system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RickoShop is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by your country or local authorities.

Any additional charges incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

RickoShop is not responsible for products that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim as soon as possible.

Please retain all packaging materials, shipping labels, and damaged items for claim purposes.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.
